We at Robinson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center are looking to hire a Human Resource Manger to join our Dynamic Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the new hire process by distributing, collecting and maintaining all required paperwork, creating personnel files and system set up. Maintain personnel records in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Data entry, processing, review, and as needed verifications of payroll information: pay rates, hours, time off, deductions, occasional and other pay types, and timekeeping information.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of employee paychecks.
- Establish and maintain confidential employee file
- Manage all aspects of the Orientation Process, which include applications, Competency in servicing and annual retraining of competencies. Time clock management, HCMtoGo Application and training.
- Direct line of contact for Corporate HR Management
- As a Department head you are required to attend manager meetings over the entire aspect of the building.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in Computer Skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
