What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Robinson Restoration?
Robinson Restoration is a disaster mitigation contractor focused on water and sewer mitigation with over a decade of experience.
Our company is currently looking for a detail oriented dispatcher and administrative assistant. We like to work hard but also have a laid back, team oriented culture.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Dispatching incoming job calls
- Job tracking using multiple programs, but mostly Excel
- Weekly job updates to our plumbing partners
- Completing numerous tasks associated with job files
- Assisting our Technicians with various tasks relating to jobs
- Assisting upper management with office tasks
- Inventory tracking and ordering
- Assisting with various marketing needs
Strong technical skills is required. Must have above average multi-tasking abilities. Must be able to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure and in busy situations.
Our clients come first and phone etiquette is extremely important. Must have a positive, go-getter attitude and be a self-starter. We will train you on what needs to be done and how to do it, but we want you to hit the ground running.
