What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at Robinson Restoration?
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize the lead generation and marketing efforts across all our business units across the Boulder Creek Construction brand. This role will be pivotal in managing the lifecycle of leads, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, leadership skills, and experience in campaign management and team training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management and Tracking
- Track and analyze all existing and new leads, identifying their sources (e.g., campaigns, representatives, or other channels).
- Monitor lead acquisition costs and calculate conversion rates to sales across all businesses.
- Maintain detailed records of lead origins and ensure accurate reporting on their journey through the sales funnel.
Campaign and Lead Generation
- Manage current marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Develop and execute strategies to bring in new leads from innovative sources, including researching data on fires and major disasters in our territories.
- Train marketing staff to maximize lead generation efforts effectively.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Build and manage user-friendly spreadsheets to track and report on progress, costs, and performance metrics by business unit, campaign, and representative.
- Track and manage commissions on leads and conversions for both marketing and sales teams.
- Present weekly updates to management on lead performance, costs, and team contributions.
Marketing Material Management
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective solutions for all materials.
- Manage marketing budgets to align with company goals and objectives.
Team Collaboration and Development
- Lead and train a team of marketers to achieve company goals.
- Work closely with sales staff to ensure proper handoff and conversion of leads into sales.
- Conduct regular reviews with management to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in SEO Marketing/Optimization, lead generation, campaign management, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet creation and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in restoration is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
