JOB OVERVIEW
The Field Service Technician Coordinator will be responsible for installation of enclosures, troubleshooting issues, and making repairs on site. Robinson Inc. is committed to serving both customers and employees in the best way possible. The goal is to drive service that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all responsibilities and represent Robinson as main point of contact on site.
- Lead and provide direction to field service team.
- Manage and report weekly time logs.
- Organize and execute daily site activities.
- Communicate daily tasks and progress to the Robinson team and client.
- Create and maintain a safe work environment while following all worksite and Robinson safety procedures.
- Perform on-site installation of enclosures and components.
- Trouble shoot problems and determine proper solutions.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner.
- Build positive relationships with customers and other companies on-site.
- Inspect the work being completed and maintain the build schedule.
