Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing, located in Stamford, NY, is seeking an experienced Overnight RN Supervisor to join our team.
Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time
Shift: Overnight (12-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $60 - $65 per hour

Position Overview:
The RN Supervisor is an integral part of our leadership team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of patient care at Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. You will play a critical role in managing patient care, supervising staff, coordinating with physicians, and offering emotional and psychological support to patients and their families. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained during overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring that all nursing staff are scheduled, assigned, and performing their duties efficiently.
- Foster a compassionate environment, providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to address patient needs, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Enforce infection-control policies, medication administration procedures, and compliance with controlled substance regulations.
- Ensure patient confidentiality by securely processing and managing sensitive information.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, implementing procedures and overseeing emergency equipment and preventive maintenance.
- Audit patient care services and records to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Support team collaboration by facilitating communication and problem-solving within the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Current NYS RN Licensure (BSN preferred but not required)
- At least two years of experience in long-term care or medical/surgical settings
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
