- We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency across our three divisions. This is a hands-on, in-person role that requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the business owner to optimize operations across mortgage, property management, and mailbox services
- Work on-site daily to ensure smooth business operations and team coordination
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Track and follow up with new leads to maintain business growth
- Communicate with clients, realtors, and service providers to facilitate smooth transactions
- Assist with mortgage processing by collecting documentation from borrowers and collaborating with loan officers
- Coordinate property management tasks, including communication with tenants, owners, and repair professionals
