Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Position Available
Education: 4-year degree from an accredited university or college; major in marketing or related field preferred.
Experience: 5 Years in Social Media Marketing (B2B & B2C)
Reports to: Creative Director
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead social media efforts for multiple clients across various industries. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies for both B2B and B2C brands. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in organic growth, engagement strategies, social advertising, and monitoring/responding tactics to maximize brand presence and audience interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored for clients based on their industry and target audience.
- Align social media initiatives with each client's overall marketing and business goals.
- Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and platform algorithm changes.
- Leverage analytics and performance data to refine strategies and improve results.
Content & Posting Strategies:
- Plan and execute content calendars for various clients across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Optimize posting frequency and timing for maximum engagement and reach tailored to each brand.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and visuals across all channels for each client.
- Write compelling copy and create engaging visual content for social posts.
- Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to develop high-quality graphics and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
Engagement & Community Management:
- Implement engagement strategies to foster meaningful interactions and build a fan base for each brand.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment, track user comments/messages/brand mentions across client accounts, responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop strategies to encourage user-generated content and community building specific to each brand's audience.
- Leverage influencer and brand partnerships to expand reach and credibility for various clients.
Social Advertising & Paid Strategies:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness for multiple clients.
- Work with internal teams to develop targeted ad creatives and messaging specific to each brand's goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI for each client.
- Stay updated on best practices for ad placements, bidding strategies, and audience targeting across multiple industries.
Reporting & Optimization:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions for client profiles.
- Provide regular reports with insights, trends, and recommendations for each brand.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5 years of experience managing social media for multiple clients across B2B and B2C industries.
- Deep understanding of organic and paid social media strategies.
- Experience with major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.).
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnership strategies is a plus.
