We work with local schools and Park Districts to run after-school/enrichment classes and summer camps for students aged 6-14 years. Job Description
We are looking for friendly, energetic and confident individuals to teach our classes and camps at various locations in Lombard, IL. Specifically, we are looking for availability during the school day on Tuesdays starting this Fall (for the 2025/2026 school year).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arriving at class location at the required time with consistent punctuality.
- Leading classes in an energetic and friendly way following RoboThink curriculum.
- Bringing robotic kits, laptops, and other class supplies to/from classes and keeping them safe in between classes.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Confident, responsible and professional attitude.
- Friendly, energetic personality and patience to work with children of all ages.
- Passion for educating and teaching.
- Must have access to reliable transportation to get to class locations on time.
- Experience with children in a learning environment.
- No prior experience in STEM, robotics or coding is needed. Comprehensive paid training is provided to the selected candidate. Applicable experience is a plus!
