Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and highly skilled physical therapist to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering personalized care by combining your skills and expertise with our cutting-edge robotic technology. The robot handles the strenuous physical work, facilitating a more physically relaxing workday for the therapist and a better experience for the client, providing the ideal platform for wellness. Our robot can apply precise pressure for an extended period of time without any wear and tear on the therapist.

As a part of our team, you will utilize the RX2600 Therapeutic Robot to administer intervals of gentle pressure targeting specific muscles to elongate tissue and facilitate muscle imbalance correction, pain relief, improved mobility, and enhanced sports performance. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough professional assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress to optimize outcomes, building client relationships, educating clients on at-home exercises, educating and establishing relationships with potential referral sources, and providing supplemental physical therapy modalities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in physical therapy techniques, exceptional communication skills, a willingness to learn new concepts, and the ability to make clients feel comfortable and at ease. They will demonstrate responsibility, dependability, and a commitment to excellence as a member of our team. They will also be a key component in establishing our business and building our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Complete training for mastery of the RX2600 Therapeutic Robot to deliver precise and effective therapy sessions.
• Perform physical therapy techniques to supplement robotic therapy (dry needling or MFR certification preferred).
• Evaluate clients' physical conditions, medical history, and goals to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Communicate with clients, explaining the robotic therapy process, addressing concerns, and providing guidance on at-home exercises for continued improvement.
• Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans during appointments as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Educate and establish relationships with potential referral sources.

Qualifications:

• New graduate applicants welcome along with experienced physical therapists.
• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current State of Michigan licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong physical therapy clinical skills and knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and strong inter-personal skills.
• Ability and interest in contributing to growth through support of marketing and promotional efforts.
