\n- Employee Relations – Build relationships with technical and non-technical teams to serve as a resource for employee questions and concerns. Provide conflict resolution and employee support. Promote employee engagement through surveys and feedback sessions.
- Immigration – Work in coordination with employees and attorneys to project manage the logistics of a robust immigration program
- HRIS Analytics and Reporting – Own the data integrity of the HRIS and work with key stakeholders and the Head of People Ops on system changes. Drive delivery of HR metrics to assess program effectiveness.
- On-boarding Program – Drive all on-boarding and off-boarding programs in coordination with other People Ops team members, IT and Finance.
- Project work – Lead project opportunities as they arise with organizational expansion.
- Training coordination – Manage statutory and value-added training. Identify vendors and internal attendees, get management team buy-in, track training (all in coordination with leadership).
- Compliance – Participate in annual/periodic compliance initiatives. Update and communicate company policies and procedures, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree preferred, experience as an HRBP may substitute for a degree.
- Five or more years experience as an HR generalist, ideally in a small, technology environment.
- Experience with the following:
- Excellent written and oral communications.
- Adaptability to a fast-changing and dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Customer centric attitude, attention to detail and extraordinary organizational skills.
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR)
- Working knowledge of ADP Workforce HRIS, Lever (or other similar ATS) and Lattice (performance management system)
- Experience working with new employee immigration requirements
