What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adobe AEM Test Lead position at Robotics Prcocess Automation, LLC?

- Skills required : Executing an author role, using templates, components, and integration to create multiple sites and language derivatives.
- Prepare test cases & execute test procedures and / or scripts either manually or by automated tools. Track and report on test execution in a timely manner with attention to achieving a high level of quality.
- Gather and document the outcome of test executions and all information needed to support ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, tests, and coverage.
- Analyze reports discrepancies to determine the root cause and evaluate script failures at a high level.
- Compare and analyze system behavior vs. expected results / KPIs based on business and technical requirements. Identify issues, propose system improvements, and perform repetitive test execution to resolve identified issues.
- Participate and contribute to internal design reviews of testing materials.
