We are looking for an energetic and experienced person as Head Of Data Science.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to cultivate trust-based relationships vertically and across the matrix to deliver client impact.
- Support new business development with required technical and domain expertise.
- Deliver and exceed client impact on platform deployments.
- Recruiting, coaching, mentoring and developing a pool of Data Scientists within the organisation.
- Work with client-side product and engineering teams to ensure strategic alignment and prioritization of product roadmap.
- 10 years of professional experience at banks / financial service institutions in the area of credit risk / fraud / collections and customer management.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills combined with ability to lead and perform data analytics.
- Proven track record of driving results with strong thought leadership and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PhD / Master's degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Business Management.
