Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in AI programming within the game industry
- Mastery of C and / or C#
- Extensive experience with game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity
- Deep knowledge of AI techniques including pathfinding, decision trees, state machines, behavior trees, and machine learning
- Proven success in shipping AAA games with sophisticated AI systems
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- A deep-seated passion for creating immersive gaming experiences
