Troubleshooting and Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users. Respond to incidents and system failures, ensuring quick resolution of any issues. Assist in debugging issues related to custom development and third-party applications. Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct testing on Salesforce updates, new features, and integrations before deployment.
