Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of products or services to clients using Agile methodologies, particularly the Scrum framework. Foster team communication and collaboration to enhance productivity. Identify and remove impediments early, actively working to resolve issues and escalating when necessary. Maintain project management tools and create reports to track progress. Act as a coach, facilitator, and diplomat for the development team. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure value delivery to customers. Lead Agile delivery teams, focusing on both team and overall project success. Conduct Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Bridge the gap between the development team and other departments or stakeholders.
