In the role of Senior Mobile Engineer, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications, including efforts to improve the underlying architecture. You will collaborate closely with fellow engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric mobile solutions. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for the Android platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in accordance with best practices and coding standards. - Engage in the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs to ensure optimal application performance. - Conduct unit testing to ensure the robustness, reliability, and performance of applications. - Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and share knowledge within the team. - Apply mobile development best practices to ensure high code quality and performance. - Comply with security and data protection guidelines for mobile applications. Requirements - Over 6 years of experience in native mobile app development. - Proficient in native Android development; familiarity with cross-platform frameworks such as iOS, Flutter, and React Native is advantageous. - Comprehensive understanding of programming languages including Kotlin, Java, and Jetpack Compose. - Significant experience in building and maintaining Android libraries using Gradle / Maven. - Working knowledge of unit testing and Android testing methodologies. - Proficient in Kotlin and Java.
