Position : UX Design Lead Duration : 6 Months Location : Cleveland, OH Job Description : Experience : 8 years in UX / UI design, 3 years in leadership. Responsibilities : Define and drive the UX vision and strategy. Lead the design of interfaces for web and mobile applications. Manage and mentor a team of UX / UI designers. Incorporate user research insights into the design process. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders. Required Skills : Expertise in design tools (Figma, A e Creative Suite, Sketch). Strong portfolio showcasing UX, interaction, and visual design skills. Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
