We're seeking a highly motivated Machine Learning Intern with strong software engineering skills to join our team of world-class researchers and engineers. You will be working on cutting-edge robotics and AI to develop innovative solutions for robot perception and build next-generation robotics vision systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in Machine Learning and Computer Vision and experience in Python and/or C . Experience in Robotics is preferred but not required.
\n- Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and computer vision components for robotics on embedded hardware (e.g. Nvidia Jetson Orin)
- Experimenting with and preparing state-of-the-art models for deployment
- Creating machine learning training and evaluation pipelines
- Writing clean, efficient code and tests
- Writing clear documentation for your API
- Currently enrolled in an MSc or PhD program in ML or CS or something comparable with a focus on Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or Human-Robot Interaction
- Experience with deep learning algorithms and pipelines
- Experience with Python
- Excellent software engineering and algorithm skills
- Experience optimizing computer vision or machine learning systems for embedded hardware (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, Qualcomm RB5, Intel Myriad)
- Experience with 2D and 3D vision algorithms (e.g., stereo vision, optical flow, auto-exposure, detection, tracking, pose estimation)
- Experience with specialized libraries, languages, and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, PCL, CUDA, TensorRT)
- Experience with C
