L2 Technical Support – Break/Fix, Imaging, and Vendor Coordination
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues.
- Perform device imaging and re-imaging, ensuring proper application installation and configuration.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise application issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations, hardware replacements, and warranty-related support.
- Accurately document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in IT service management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in L2 IT support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware, software, and OS-related issues.
- Experience working in an enterprise IT environment.
Preferred certifications: CompTIA A , ITIL Foundation (or equivalent
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.15 - $27.31 per hour
