We are hiring an experienced L2 Technical Support Engineer to handle escalated technical issues from L1, perform advanced troubleshooting, and support system, application, and network-related problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Handle L1 escalations and provide remote support
- Configure and maintain systems/software
- Document fixes and update knowledge base
- Work with L3/dev teams for unresolved issues
Requirements:
- experience in technical support (L2)
- Strong in Windows/Linux, networking basics
- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) a plus
