Release & Deployment Management:
Define and execute release strategies, ensuring smooth coordination of software deployments across multiple environments.
Oversee acceptance deployment, ensuring rigorous validation, testing, and stakeholder sign-off before production releases.
Manage end-to-end software release cycles, including build, deployment, rollback planning, and risk mitigation.
Implement best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based deployments to optimize release efficiency.
Ensure robust rollout and rollback plans, minimizing downtime and service disruptions.
Track and report release readiness, risk assessments, and defect management to leadership teams
