Contract: W2 only
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Project Manager to oversee and execute supply chain projects, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, improve logistics and procurement processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee supply chain projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Track and report project progress using tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
- Ensure projects meet objectives within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Supply Chain Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and logistics to enhance performance.
- Work with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to streamline operations.
- Optimize warehouse and distribution strategies for cost reduction.
Skills Required:
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and project management tools (MS Project, Trello, JIRA).
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in supply chain automation and digital transformation initiatives
Certification (good to have) :
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
