What are the responsibilities and job description for the EBD Special Ed. Teacher - Roby Elementary 2025-26 position at Roby Elementary School?
Roby Elementary has a vacancy for a Exceptional Child Education Teacher to join a highly effective EBD team of Caregivers. This individual will be responsible for planning, organizing and delivering a program of instruction that supports the premise that high expectations for all students are possible. This teacher will work closely with the regular education teachers to ensure student success in the general education classroom.
Candidate must have a strong background in behavior intervention and deescalation strategies in order to meet a variety of student needs. Candidate must be well versed in classroom management techniques and possess knowledge and understanding of what it takes to work in a collaborative setting with a second EBD teacher and an EBD Health Assistant. Prior experience working with students with EBD preferred.
This position is for the 2025-2026 school year.
Salary based on board approved salary schedule for the 2025-2026 school year.
