We're looking for someone to act as our Office Specialist in McMinnville!
We're looking for someone who is organized and enjoys dabbling in an array of tasks. This job isn't a sit-in-front-of-a-computer-screen doing one single thing for 8 hours kind of job. Thank goodness! As the Office Specialist you might find yourself doing the following...
- Balancing the tills in the morning
- Completing transfers between stores
- Acknowledging purchase orders
- Checking ETA's on incoming merchandise
- Receiving product from vendors
- Store inventory, monthly and annual
- Verify timecards
- Make sure sale tags are current and accurate
- Maintain office supplies
- Assist with service department; creating and following up on parts and orders
Again, the biggest part of this job is all the seemingly small things you take care of that truly make a large impact. It has a steady and consistent schedule, working Monday - Friday.
