- Recruitment: Attract elite talent to grow a nationwide sales force.
- Strategy: Develop and execute plans to scale production and dominate markets.
- Collaboration: Forge partnerships with high-performing real estate teams and referral sources.
- Personal Production: Lead by example with consistent top-tier personal performance.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to expand the team’s footprint.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of personal production success as a Loan Officer, with consistent top-tier performance.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a history of building and scaling sales teams.
- Strong vision and strategy for growing a large-scale, nationwide sales operation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Experience working with top-producing real estate teams and high-performance environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to assess market trends and implement effective strategies.
- A collaborative, results-driven mindset with a passion for coaching and mentoring others.
