Roc Search is currently working with a leading Texas state agency organization that is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.
As a Business Analyst on the Behavioral Health Services Team, you will play a pivotal role in reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment, analyzing behavioral health business processes and translating them into technical solutions for the EHR system
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with business systems, particularly in the context of behavioral health.
- Proficiency in providing technical consulting and business process analysis
- Knowledge of : Behavioral health services, clinical workflows, and HIPAA & PHI compliance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Preferred certifications : Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Certified Novell Administrator (CNA) or Certified Novell Engineer (CNA)
- Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally; Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Salary : $52 - $62
