Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the design and permitting of land development projects, including site grading, drainage, utility layouts, and roadway design.
- Prepare and review construction plans, technical specifications, and reports using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to develop stormwater management and drainage designs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address project requirements and resolve challenges.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and CAD technicians.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Support business development efforts by maintaining client relationships and identifying new project opportunities.
