Franklin Field & The Milwaukee Milkmen are looking for a F&B Manager!
Franklin Field is home of The Milwaukee Milkmen and various other teams!
Franklin Field hosts baseball games, corporate events, large scale concerts, soccer events, Christmas light spectacle.
F&B Manager will be responsible for all F&B operations within our Main concession stand, Bacardi Bar, our Food Truck, our outfield concession stand, our VIP Hopyard concession stand, our two in-house suites, our two standalone concession stands. Other F&B responsibilities are with The Milkyway Drive in, our Food truck at The Hills has Eyes haunted house and our concession operations during SnowGlobe Holiday Festival - Powered by Enchant Christmas - WI and other in-house events.
We are looking for an energetic, team player & role model to spearhead operations, management, scheduling, inventory and collaboration.
The Milwaukee Milkmen play a total of 50 regular season games. Playoffs go through the end of September.
Our food truck runs on Friday & Saturdays in October during our Haunted house from 5:00pm-11:00pm.
SnowGlobe Holiday Festival powered by Enchant Christmas- WI functions from the end of November through December.
This is a salaried/full time position with benefits offered!
