Kitchen Manager - Milwaukee Milkmen

Job Title: Kitchen Manager Concession Stand -- Franklin Field
Location: Franklin Field, Franklin WI
Reports To: Concessions Operations Manager
Employment Type: Seasonal / Full time

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations at one of our high-volume concession stands during the baseball season. The Kitchen Manager will oversee all food preparation, kitchen staff management, inventory control, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in a fast-paced stadium environment.

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen operations during game days and special events

• Lead and train kitchen staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards

• Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to ensure consistency

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace

• Ensure compliance with health department regulations and stadium policies

• Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering, receiving, and rotating stock

• Collaborate with the Front-of-House team to meet customer service and food delivery goals

• Troubleshoot equipment or supply issues quickly and efficiently

• Assist in scheduling and evaluating kitchen staff performance

• Support in planning and executing menu items and specials

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Line Cook, or in a similar leadership role

• Prior experience in high-volume food service environments, preferably sports or event venues

• Strong understanding of commercial kitchen operations and food safety standards

• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the stadium schedule

• Food Handler's Certification

• ServSafe Certification

• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, hot environment

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable working under pressure in a loud and crowded setting
