We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and driven individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager. The ideal candidate should have a combination of education and experience with an aptitude for problem-solving and a highly positive attitude. As the first person most of our customers see and hear, we understand and invest in this highly sought position.
Starting Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times while interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, tow truck drivers, and other third-party vendors
- Organize and manage workflow within the front office
- Ensure that all front office procedures are followed accurately and in a timely fashion
- Coordinate with other members of management to ensure that the collision center is meeting its goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of all front-office transactions
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role. They should possess excellent leadership skills, strong customer service skills, and be highly organized. The ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently is essential.
