Overview
We are seeking friendly and efficient Host/Bussers/Runners/Servers/Bartenders to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Assist with reservations and ensure timely seating of guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Support waitstaff by delivering food and beverages as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize POS systems, such as Toast POS, to assist with order processing when necessary.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations and customer service throughout the dining experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; experience with Toast POS is highly desirable.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
