Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and talent while delivering top-notch customer service. This is a high volume shop, so you can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and beard trims to clients
• Perform various hair styling techniques, including fades, tapers, and razor cuts
• Offer expert advice on hair care and grooming products
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Ensure client satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and preferences
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hairstyles and grooming techniques
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling payments
• Mentor junior barbers and provide guidance when needed

Experience:

• Must already posses Minnesota Barber's license
• Proven experience as a Barber in a professional salon or barbershop setting
• Proficiency in a wide range of barbering techniques, including straight razor shaving
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their desired look
• Knowledge of retail sales principles and ability to recommend grooming products to clients
• Familiarity with store management practices is a plus
