What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at Roch Capital?
Applied Card Systems, an affiliate of Roch Capital Inc., is hiring a Groundskeeper.
The Groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring the upkeep of facilities through landscaping, and general maintenance.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm.
Essential Functions:
- Maintains the clean, safe, and attractive condition of the properties and assets located on the property
- Preserves lawns by cutting, raking, repairing, fertilizing, seeding, aerating, edging, removing weeds, watering, and removing snow.
- Sustains property by planting, trimming, and caring for shrubs, hedges, and trees.
- Maintains general outside housekeeping by hand and power sweeping of debris along walks and curbs.
- Performs routine maintenance checks on equipment used for the maintenance of the properties.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times towards colleagues and management.
- Possible overnight stays in Rehoboth Beach for duties on properties in that area.
Education & Work Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One to three years of previous landscaping and/or facilities experience required.
Certifications & Licenses:
Valid driver’s license is required.
