- Ensuring all meat products are displayed in an appealing and attractive manner.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including the back room, cooler, freezer, fans, drains, and display cases.
- Processing and stocking a variety of quality meat and meat-related items in a careful, clean, neat and expedient manner.
- Unloading meat delivery and storing product in designated areas.
- Cutting beef, pork, veal, poultry, and lamb to company standards.
- Rotating meat products in accordance with company policy and product code dates.
