Join us as a Sustainability Intern and be a vital part of our A Healthy Planet Project, which is an essential component of Roche Centroamérica Caribe y Venezuela (Roche CCAV) Pharma Division's Sustainable Strategy. This initiative is at the forefront of our commitment to sustainability and innovation, ensuring a healthier future for our planet and society.

Who You Are:
You are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of Administration, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Health, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, and Biology within the last 12 months and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship of at least 3 months and getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.

- Execute activities and initiatives related to the A Healthy Planet Project
- Follow up on experiments and project-related tasks
- Draft written reports, minutes, and other documents
- Create and edit forms, presentations, and databases
- Read and extract key information critical for the project’s success
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders, providing recommendations and contributing to discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance project goals and objectives
- Hands-on experience in leading sustainability initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry
- Opportunities for mentorship and skill development, enhancing your professional growth
- Insight into Roche’s innovative approaches to sustainability and its role in global health efforts
Who You Are:
You are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of Administration, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Health, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, and Biology within the last 12 months and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship of at least 3 months and getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.
- You are proactive, curious, and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset and strong collaborative skills
- An advanced student with strong academic standing
- Advanced English proficiency
- Proactive attitude with a growth mindset and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities and writing skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Interest in environmental topics
- Experience in project management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The start date for the internship is between 1st and 16th of July 2025
- Duration (3 months), work term (full-time with flexibility to attend classes if you are a student).
- Location: Based in San Jose, Costa Rica
- Our team follows a hybrid work structure (minimum 2 days in the office)
