The Opportunity
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to counterfeit and illegal product cases
- Generate reports and dashboards to summarize trends, patterns, and key findings for ongoing investigations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of active cases in the case management system
- Prepare case summaries and compile supporting documentation for investigators
- Conduct online and database research to identify potential counterfeit activities or new market risks
- Monitor relevant industry news, regulatory updates, and market trends that may impact product security
- Assist in reviewing legal and investigative documents to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Help with preparing materials for audits, legal proceedings, or internal reviews
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in data and case management processes
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files for the team
- Intensive 10 to 12 weeks, full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship
- Program start dates are in May/June (Summer)
- A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship.
- Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects
- Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry protecting our products and patients
Required Education. You meet one of the following criteria:
- Must be pursuing or have attained an Associate's Degree
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student)
- Must have attained a Bachelor's degree (recent graduates not currently enrolled in a grad program)
Required Skills:
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and contribute to group objectives.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with database or case management systems.
- Computer literacy: Proficiency in using advanced digital tools and software
- Prioritization: Ability to rank tasks by importance and urgency
