The Position
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT-4o/Deepseek, Gemini) and AI agents for drug discovery tasks
- Utilize the agent's framework for integrating AI agents with drug discovery tools
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to enhance LLM outputs with domain-specific databases
- Master's or Bachelor's degree above in computer science Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Chemistry, etc
- Prefer experience with cheminformatics tools (e.g., RDKit, PyMol) or pharmaceutical datasets (ChEMBL, PubChem)
- Proficiency in Python (required), libraries like (Langchain/llamaIndex/MCP), and GPT-4o/DeepSeek API services.
- Capable of reading, writing and communicating in English
- Open minded, proactive learning spirit
