The Position
Primary Purpose Of Job (Job Summary)
- Characterizing protein-small molecule/fragment interactions by biophysical technologies
- Support “Novel Screen Tech” initiatives by conducting crystallographic fragment based screening and implementing diffraction data processing workflow
- Characterizing protein-small molecule/fragment interactions by biophysical technologies such as SPR, TSA, and NMR spectroscopy
- Support PDB group with structural biology enabling efforts to facilitate CICoR’s fragment based screening platform
- Structural biology, biophysics and related field, undergraduate
- Strong experience in structural biology and biophysics methods such as protein crystallography, NMR spectroscopy, SPR, TSA, et.al.
- Good communication skills as well as an ability to work in a multi-function team
- English: fluent in reading and writing
