Recruitment/Enrollment Coordinator
Position Summary
The Enrollment and Outreach Coordinator is responsible for working directly with parents and families to facilitate student enrollment and registration. This position also plays a key role in attending recruitment events to attract applicants for the current and upcoming school years. The role includes duties such as managing the application process, ensuring families are updated, assisting with in-person applications, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. The Coordinator will also help coordinate transportation requests for newly enrolled students.
Key Responsibilities
- Enrollment & Registration: Assist families with student enrollment, including in-person registration and application process.
- Recruitment & Outreach: Actively participate in in-person recruitment events at schools, CAOs, neighboring schools, and afterschool centers to attract new applicants.
- Application Management: Validate application priorities for the application lottery, review applications, and follow up with families to ensure they are up-to-date on the process.
- Application Platform Management: Oversee the application platform, ensuring it runs smoothly, and making offers after the application lottery.
- Collaboration with Data Team: Work with the data team to generate reports for the Student Information System.
- Transportation Coordination: Assist the transportation coordinator by providing details of new enrollments to arrange transportation for students.
- Additional Duties: Support the Director with any other tasks or duties as required, including random additional assignments as directed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
