Requirements
- CPR / AED certification (will training in house)
- Personal Training Certification and Degree
- Punctuality
- Providing safe and effective workouts
- Performing Personal Training Orientations (PTO)
- Performing E-GYM onboardings
- Enforcing any and all fitness floor rules, as needed
- Keeping the fitness areas clean if the club is overly busy and trainer is between shifts
- Dusting, vacuuming, putting equipment away, etc.
- Running towels to and from the laundry room
- Filling bottles
- Providing exceptional customer service in whatever ways may be necessary, such as answering questions or showing how machines work, etc.
- Working with other trainers to build programming
- Assisting members with PTO scheduling as needed
- Re-stocking equipment as needed
- Assisting with various projects as needed
- Other duties that may arise, not specified here
