Job Description
The Rochester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a leader and mentor to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular assessments and quality reviews to monitor resident care and make improvements as needed.
- Cultivate strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners to build trust and confidence in our organization.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services that meet the evolving needs of our residents.
Requirements
- Holds valid NYS RN License.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care, preferably in a leadership or charge nurse capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
