Position Overview
Under the general direction of the Business Support Manager this position performs a wide range of customer service, data entry and purchasing responsibilities
Billing Functions
· Process and update Sales Orders and Invoicing
· Maintain customer accounts
· Perform monthly AIA Billing
· Assist team of 6 Project Managers
· Purchase Order support
· Other duties as assigned
Customer Service Functions
· Handle phone inquiries from customers and vendors
· File paperwork; Knowledge of department and other company filing systems
· Create materials for desk manual on an on-going basis.
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements
· Self-starter with a high attention to detail
· Proficient in MS Office software, especially Excel
· ERP and CRM a plus
· HS diploma and 2-5 years relevant experience
Other Skills/Abilities
· Team player
· Good attendance record

· Normal office environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
