- A Real W2 Employee, Not an Independent Contractor
- Part-time position, 25-35 hours per week
- Monday through Friday, 10am-5pm, with one weekend day per month
- On-call availability required, one week per month
- Service area based on company needs, with travel time not exceeding 30 minutes on average
- Admin and field time are paid
- You will drive from house to house providing in-home pet care services, as requested by clients
- Must own a vehicle, have a valid driver's license, and maintain auto insurance
- At least 1 year of leadership experience
- Prior experience working with dogs is required
- Be coachable and able to coach others
- Must have a smartphone with unlimited data and be able to use our apps
- Must be over 18 years old
- Must be comfortable handling large dogs that pull on leashes
- Commitment to the role for at least 8 months is required
