Rochester Electronics is hiring immediately for Assembly Operator I | 1st Shift
Temporary position with the potential for conversion to a permanent role within 30 to 60 days .
As an Assembly Operator you have :
- A high school diploma or GED is required; previous experience in electronic / semiconductor assembly experience helpful.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude . As a Rochester employee it is expected that the individual represents, supports, and encourages the Rochester culture by adherence to work policies and practices set forth within the company
- Stable work history . We consider individuals with proven track records and commitment; we have never had a layoff!
- Basic computer skills . Every Operator will utilize computer-based manufacturing systems to move products and enter data including Microsoft Office® software suite
- Ability to communicate verbally / written . Needing to define specifications or written / verbal instruction. Report daily outcomes and accomplishments to management
- Pay close attention to detail. You will be screening, visual inspecting measurements, and sorting of semiconductor devices
