General Summary
Responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, including workflows and custom objects using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Collaborates internally and externally with cross-functional teams to identify, develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Develops and deploys new features and functionality, as well as maintaining and enhancing existing functionality. Designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and / or upgrades to Salesforce or other related business applications to support organizational objectives.
Conducts and prepares feasibilities studies for new data releases or revisions to systems. Establishes programming standards and creates documentation. Reviews current system applications and recommends system improvements. Monitors system-related projects and ensures efficient operations. Prepares and presents project proposals, as needed. Plans, conducts, and coordinates programming and testing activities.
