Join our team as a host and be an essential part of delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members!
**Responsibilities:**
- Greeting members as soon as they approach the dining room with a warm and friendly greeting
- Assist Members in finding a table in their desired area
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Inform Members of specials and events occurring in the near future
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Take and confirm reservations for Tillie’s and Shawnee
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any member needs or requests promptly
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is not required but recommended
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of bussing procedures and food handling practices
- Willingness to assist in various tasks to help maintain a smooth dining experience
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a desire to enhance guest satisfaction
