Job Summary
The Finance and Administration division creates and delivers innovative and cost-effective solutions to the RIT community. The marketing and communications team is a highly collaborative and vibrant department that provides leadership for and manages the marketing, design, and communication efforts for the Finance and Administration division. We work in collaboration and integrate with various divisions and colleges across the university.
Under the direction of the executive director, the Associate Director of Creative for the Division of Finance and Administration is responsible for driving innovation, visual communication, and strategy. This position serves as the right hand to the Executive Marketing and Communications Director, providing strategic support and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives. This pivotal position exists to lead and manage the division's creative team, ensuring the delivery of high-impact creative solutions that enhance consumer experiences and align with brand messaging.
Key responsibilities include leading creative strategy and design processes from concept to implementation, driving innovation and visual communication. The individual will proactively identify and pitch creative ideas that align with brand messaging and business objectives, oversee project schedules and outputs, ensuring timely and high-quality completion. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer engagement and achieve business metrics, maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets, and manage the budgetary aspects of design projects. Emphasizing collaboration, knowledge sharing, and creativity within the team, this position is pivotal in fostering a dynamic and innovative work environment.
