Job Description
The Salvage Yard Front End Loader Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment, specifically front-end loaders, to move and load materials throughout the yard. The operator will also be responsible for ensuring that all materials are properly segregated and prepared for sale to customers, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

- Hours: Monday-Saturday 8-5 (40 hour work week with possible overtime)
Essential functions
- Operate front-end loaders to move materials throughout the yard.
- Load materials onto trucks and trailers for transport.
- Ensure that all materials are properly segregated and prepared for sale to customers, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, tires, and batteries.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking the movement of materials.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding salvage yard operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all employees are adhering to environmental regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
