What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tour Guide/Driver position at Rochester Pedal Tours?

We are looking for a people person who can communicate to all types of different groups who use our services. We want to make sure groups have good clean fun and you play a role in making sure the birthday, bachelorette party, team building is a success. Taking lots of group photos, helping them decorate and keeping them on time are large parts of the job. This is a super fun job, after 10 years this is the first time I have had to hire for bike guides. You get to go out and meet all types of new people and make great money doing it. We pay $16 an hour but groups usually tip $5 per guest. The bikes fit up to 15 people and tours are 2 hours. We do tours every day of the week with start times as early as 1pm and no later than 830 meaning you be done before 11pm. Please email us and tell us why you think you would make a great guide.
