ATTRIBUTES
- At least three (3) to five (5) years of prior relevant experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and creativity
- High level of computer and software competency; proficient with database administration and infrastructure; Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
- Proven written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Management. Prepare monthly general and standard journal entries and account reconciliations; ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly financial statements; review and assist with budget development; maintain required records, reports and files with consistent quality assurance
- Analysis. Prepare and analyze workbooks and serve as liaison with auditors during annual audits; analyze financial reports and records; make recommendations relative to the accounting reserves, assets and expenditures

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
